Disconnected Shadow

DSC_9690

Shadows often form part of my minimal compositions, but usually they are either in some way ‘connected’ to the wall onto which they are cast. In this example, to me it is seemingly disconnected from the wall onto which it is cast, and has no relation to the pillar on the right hand side. This random arrangement of subjects is something that interests me in photography.
